How It Works

Create your own personalized shopping list below and we’ll take it from there. Click the checkbox next to the items you’d like. Then write in your preferences on the line next to the item, such as 2% or whole milk. Once you’re done, click Order Groceries and your list will be emailed to us. We’ll do your grocery shopping for you and deliver it right to your door.

Select “replacement option” (only need to add the name of your replacement, if you pick “let me choose”, otherwise on the final notes, you can select “best match”, “no substitution”, if that is your choice for all the items) OR

On any item, click Add replacement option (if we can make this an option on cognito)

• If you would like us to replace what you chose with the best replacement option available to us, select the “best match” option.

• If you would like to select your own replacement choice, select “let me choose” option and write in your own second choice.

• If you would like no replacement if your item is not in stock, select the “no substitutions” option and we will not select a replacement at all.

  How to do this:

  • Simply fill out your grocery list on our website, by starting with your name and a way to contact you with questions

  • Select a time slot for your preferred delivery time

  • ADD details of your brand, flavor, type (veggies, fruit, etc), how prepared (chopped/diced, whole, creamed), etc

  • Add quantity

  • Select “replacement option” (only need to add the name of your replacement, if you pick “let me choose”, otherwise on the final notes, you can select “best match”, “no substitution”, if that is your choice for all the items)

  • Include any special delivery instructions
